Feld Direct Group Sales is Feld Entertainment’s in-house group sales. Feld Entertainment, as the creators and producers of these events & shows, are true experts. Our shows are created here at Feld Entertainment Studios and our staff attend all events prior to their debut in order to provide our customers with personal and knowledgeable concierge service. 

Purchasing Tickets

How many people qualify as a group?

You must have a minimum of 9 in your party. Please call us for more information.

What are your group rates?

Group rates are the special rates that we can offer you due to the size of your party. Call us to find out the exact rates that we can offer.

Do you offer discounts for children, military personnel, seniors, or students?

Our offers vary from event to event so please call us for more information.

What additional experiences do you offer?

For certain events and performances, we can offer additional experiences and packages. Call us directly to see what is available for the event/performance you are interested in. If we do not currently offer it, we can look into it for you and your party.

Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child(ren)?

Yes, children 1 year of age or older attending Sesame Street Live! or Disney Live! will require a ticket. Children 2 years of age or older attending Disney On Ice, Marvel Universe LIVE! and all Feld Motorsports events will require a ticket. Children under those ages are free to sit on an adult’s lap.

Can you accommodate those with special needs?

Yes, each venue where we present our events has assigned areas for individuals with special needs.  

How will I receive my tickets?

Ticket delivery methods vary depending on the venue and the event. You will more than likely receive hard tickets in the mail as we have our own box office here at Feld Entertainment Studios, however, in some case we use mobile delivery, e-tickets or Flash Seats or place your tickets at the venue box office for will call.

Can I buy an entire exclusive performance for my company or group?

Yes, you can! Please call us for more information.

What is the maximum number of tickets allowed per purchase?

The maximum number of tickets depends completely upon availability.

How can I pay for my group?

Feld Direct Group Sales accepts most major credit cards or a money order or certified or organizational check as payment. We do not accept accept cash or personal checks.

When is my deadline for purchasing group tickets?

Each event has a set ordering deadline that is strictly enforced so please reach out to your personal group sales representative for the deadline date of the event you are interested in.

Events and Performances

How long is the performance?

Our productions vary in length, generally they average between an hour and a half to two hours. This includes a 15-20-minute intermission.

What time does the box office open?

Each venue is different so please check the venue website for correct times.

How do I know if my show is cancelled due to weather?

Cancellation is determined case by case. Please check the venue Facebook page for the most up-to-date information. You can also check the venue website or lastly call the venue directly. Remember, calling the venue is your last option as they might not have staff to assist. 

What am I allowed to bring into the venue?

Can my child(ren) dress-up in costume for the show?

Each venue is different so please check the venue website as Feld Entertainment follows their rules and safety regulations.

Yes, as long as your child(ren) is under 15 years of age they are welcome to come in costume.

I lost my tickets, what do I do?

If you purchased your ticket with Feld Direct Group Sales, please call us at 1-866-248-8740 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9AM to 6PM ET) and select Option 1. If after hours and if your event is this week, select Option 9 to speak to a live person. If your event is NOT this week please call during normal business hours for assistance.

No, we do not provide pre-sale codes but we will happily take your group reservation.
